As crazy as it sounds this fitness tracker is amazing and mbetter than a fit bit versa 2 because it serves its purpose for serious runners. It lasted me 3 years under extreme weather. The app is cool. Enjoy.

I'd like to use it to continuously show the current heart rate for one hour or so, while I'm doing somw activity. Also, maybe configure heart rate zones. Can it do that?
